Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange. We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately so we can assist you with a return. We will provide either a full refund or an exchange for the same item, subject to availability.

If you receive an item in the wrong size or color, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a return. We will exchange the item for the correct one.

Please ensure the product is unused in the original condition, and with all tags attached when returning it.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only if there’s an issue with the product you received, as outlined above. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Gift card
